Let your Hawaiian Dream Vacation begin in the city of Kihei, located on the windward side on the beautiful Island of Maui. Only 9 miles from the airport, you are a short drive to paradise. Kahului Airport accommodates direct flights from the mainland. Your home away from home is ideally located close to major shops, fine dining, and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world for snorkeling, surfing, scuba, and RELAXATION! Our Condo Features: One bedroom with a Queen size bed, Ceiling fans, cordless telephone with answering machine, Free Long Distance to Mainland and Canada, large closet in the bedroom, complete kitchen (no dishwasher at this time), living room opens out to pool and garden area, TV 20" with built in VCR/DVD Player,  Stereo with AM/FM/CD player and iPOD dock that charges your iPOD, Full bathroom with shower, tub, sink & toilet. Beautiful ceramic tile throughout including private lanai w/table, chairs, and drying rack. Everything that you would need to make your stay comfortable is included.

Did we mention that we also have in the unit for your use... Boogie Board, Ice chest, beach chairs, beach towels, hair dryer, coffee pot? Yes, it's all included for your vacation getaway

Of the 5 condos on the ground level, ours is in the middle just a few feet from one of the nicest pools in Kihei (all sky blue ceramic tile). The pool area has new chairs, lounges, new tables, and 2 new gas grills.

Parking at rear ground entrance with laundry facilities and a guest library on site.

We are just steps from Sugar Beach, it's about a 1 minute walk,
2 minutes if you walk slow
(Sugar Beach is a continuous 5 mile beach to Maalaea Harbor)

Rates: - US DOLLARS: 2 people max, no pets, no smoking indoors

HIGH SEASON December 1 to May 31- $775.00 week (7 nights)
10% Discount for monthly rentals (28 nights or more)

LOW SEASON June 1 to November 30- $675.00 week (7 nights)
10% Discount for monthly rentals (28 nights or more)

All rates are subject to change without notice and subject to taxes.
Deposit of $200.00 (cash, check or money order) is required within 7 days of reservation.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to the first day of arrival.
We are now accepting all major credit cards through PAY PAL, there is a 4% surcharge for
credit card transactions. Please let us know how we can best accommodate you!

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, all funds less $50.00 cancellation fee will be refunded. If cancellation is received 30 days or less of arrival, total deposit will be retained. If cancellation is received 14 days prior to or after arrival date, for whatever reason, all funds forfeited. If the same reservation slot is re-rented a pro-rated refund will be issued after the unit has been vacated.
